THE TEAM
KO Technologies is set up and managed with a strong bias towards developing our team. We believe that each member should be given the tools and know-how to deliver outstanding results in all aspects of their work.
We are experts in the design and manufacture of brushless motors and electric vehicle technology and have worked with some of the biggest names in the world delivering product and bespoke solutions.
We offer dedicated specialist premises that only focus on the task in hand. We do not mix R&D and manufacture and team working in each of these areas are experts in the field in which they specialise.
DEVELOPING OUR BRAND AND OUR TEAM
At KO we are dedicated to developing and upskilling every one of our team. KO Technologies department heads consist of five China wide, skill based competition
winners. These competitions are held every year in a variety of different categories
from CNC programming, CAD drawing, electrical engineering and many others. Four
of our department heads are Wuxi local former winners of this competition, with the
longest serving department head being an employee for a little over 8 years.

Empowering our staff to think outside the box and push the envelope in terms of
design is a key element of our building blocks, but it is not possible to deliver on
these without having the manufacturing capabilities to make them a reality. KO
Venture Technologies manufactures and deigns our products and services out of
three separate facilities in China

STAFF RETENTION
The high level of skilled labour in and around the Jiangyin /Wuxi area allows us to
employ and keep locally based staff during the annual CNY migration (seen in many
regions such as Shenzhen). A large portion of our employees have been engaged with us for more than 5 years. The retention of our core knowledge base is the
driving force behind our ability to develop and retain intellectual property that sees
us dominate our chosen markets.
DELIVERING ON OUR GOALS
Delivering on our ideas and reaching industry milestones is something we strive to
do on every single project. We have worked with some of the biggest names across
many different industries either directly, or through third parties to deliver unique
and bespoke products / services.
Ingenuity in our designs is also a something we take great personal pride in and it
has elevated us over many competitors over the years. In this regard we currently
own over two hundred Chinese patents which we believe is a testament not only to
our work ethic, but also our ability to develop ideas that overcome the status-quo. We have no interest in being just another manufacturer and this ethos bleeds heavily into all of our bespoke design work
